Embrace best management practices that enhance the health and safety of our staff, clients, contractors and other stakeholders involved in or affected by our activities.
Comply with existing corporate policies for equal opportunity as well as promote diverse cultural relationships internally and with strategic partners, vendors and subcontractors.
Create opportunities for continued personal and professional development of our staff that promotes technical excellence and improves the quality and delivery of services that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.
Social Responsibility Goals — 2008
Establish a corporate giving program that is funded with 3% of BL3 Strategies’ pretax annual revenues.
Status: The BL3 Strategies corporate giving program is in place. The program will be funded at the end of each quarter.
Establish formal policies for corporate giving to within the community that support environmental stewardship and social justice.
Status: BL3 Strategies has an established written operating procedure for the corporate giving program.
Actively participate on the Board of Directors for at least two recognized ‘not-for-profit’ organizations promoting environmental stewardship and/or social justice.
